Logistics & Delivery

We take responsibility for logistics in the EU.

Temperature conditions

Recommended storage and transportation temperature: 15-25°C.
Acceptable temperature range: 10-30°C.
Temperature control: To maintain a stable temperature, our capsules are transported in heat-protective packaging. Capsules are transported in heat-protective packaging to maintain temperature stability throughout the delivery process.

Humidity

Recommended relative humidity: 35-65%.
Humidity control: Capsules are packaged in moisture-resistant materials to prevent moisture ingress. Barrier packaging and silica gel are used to absorb excess moisture, maintaining optimal conditions during transportation.

Package

Primary packaging: Moisture-controlled polyethylene bags
Secondary packaging: Cardboard boxes with shock-absorbing materials to protect against mechanical damage
Tertiary packaging: Pallets wrapped with stretch film for additional protection and ease of transportation.

Terms and conditions of transportation

Delivery times: Varies by region, but typically take 1-7 business days.
Shipping conditions: We use shipping companies that specialize in transporting pharmaceutical products and comply with all required standards. During shipping, capsules are protected from external factors, such as direct sunlight and mechanical damage.

Documentation

Accompanying documentation: Each shipment is accompanied by a full set of documents, including quality certificates and test reports. All documents comply with international standards and requirements.
